Consumer Risk Automatic Solution Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain automation tools and systems to generate risk solutions. Makes sound decisions that balance risk, user experience and financial performance.
  • Identify and address problems and issues during normal course of work and respond quickly to solve issues with minimum guidance.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results on matters of significance to the business.
  • Regularly evaluate and communicate performance of analytical solutions to management.

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or engineering field with 1+ year professional work experience in a relevant field. Or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ year professional experience.
  • Strong in analytics and problem solving. Experienced in data mining and analytical tools. Proficient with SQL and Python.
  • Fast learner on new projects and analytical skills. Good business sense and logical thinking.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proficiently on well-defined projects; Focuses primarily on how to achieve overall business objectives of a project with speed and quality.

Data Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop & maintain the ETL batch to manipulate the model result data (live logging by Kafka) on Hadoop platform (HDFS), the data is semi-structured and huge (~5TB daily), combine analytical data set with the logging data for model training, investigation & monitoring purpose.
  • Support, trouble-shooting & educate the users to access the data in Hadoop data mart, by developing toolkits (both web and batch process) to provide best-class data services to end users and applications for integration. Keep improving the user experience according to the feedback; automate data process pipeline with innovative way, to reduce the manual effort and cost of ownership.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering related background, with at least 2 years’ experience (Master for at least 1 year) in data processing area.
  • Experience in working under Unix/Linux, solid Shell scripting capability.
  • Master at least one of the programming languages (Java, Scala, Python, etc.), better having experience in data processing area.
  • Web frontend experience is a big preference.
  • Experience in Hadoop MapReduce, experience on Pig, SPARK etc. batch processing is a big plus
  • Knowledge of statistics, data mining or predictive modeling is plus
  • Experience in job scheduler (e.g. UC4, Airflow, etc.) is plus

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years’ experience working on a highly technical IT team
  • Has previous experience as an administrator that has designed, implemented and supported Windows environments in both bare metal and highly virtualized environments.
  • Experience as a Strong VMWare systems administrator to implement and support the systems in the environment
  • Understand the infrastructure at the network, load balancers (F5 Big IP), security, and storage layers.
  • Ability to work well with the team and on various projects.
  • Familiarity with all (or most) of the systems architectures:
    • Windows Operating Environments
    • VMWare Virtualization Platform
    • Solaris and Linux environments
  • Past work in an environment whose infrastructure supports both business users as well as software developers

Oracle DBA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will manage and perform standard maintenance, monitoring, and tuning of numerous Oracle production database instance. Has worked with Oracle 10g, 11g, and 12c.
  • Support existing databases while assuring optimized performance, stability and uptime.
  • Deliver projects tied to databases.
  • Tune and trouble-shoot Oracle 10g, 11g, and 12c database issues.
  • Assess databases to assist in troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • Set up Backup and Recovery policies and jobs.
  • Use appropriate tuning methodology and tools to triage and resolve database performance issues.
  • Support 11g/12c installations.
  • Support 10g/12c upgrades.

  • Provide reliable technical support and guidance on CORP issues in a high velocity and dynamic environment.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management.
  • Work closely with various Infrastructure and Support teams across global.
  • Present DDL/DML changes successfully to high concurrency databases while preserving uptime and efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with administering and supporting databases on 11g on Solaris Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth knowledge of database internals and data structures.
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL .
  • Strong knowledge of Unix Shell and Perl languages. Working experience on Solaris and Linux is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Oracle installation, patching, Oracle troubleshooting and communication with oracle support.
  • Experience with oracle Standby databases/Data Guard.
  • Experience with OLTP and Batch processing database setup.
  • Expert knowledge of data replication strategies and their effect on uptime, network and other infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Golden Gate Replication is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MySQL is a plus.

  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of large scale MPP database architecture or proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as SAS or R is a plus.
