CLPS INCORPORATION SETS UP A COMPANY IN HAINAN, BRIDGING BUSINESS TO GLOBAL MARKET

CLPS Incorporation (Nasdaq: CLPS) (“CLPS” or “the Company”), today announced that it set up Hainan Qincheng Software Technology Co., Ltd. (“CLPS Hainan”), in Hainan Province, the southern tip of China.

The Hainan Free Trade Port initiative, which aims to turn Hainan into a global economic hub, has placed the Company in a strategic position to bridge its innovative services and product solutions in the global market, such as in the ASEAN and South Asia markets.
