CLPS Incorporation (the "Company" or "CLPS") recently hosted the Technology and Executive Strategy Seminar in Shanghai under the core theme, “Resolute Transformation, Technology-Driven.” The event convened the Company's core technical and management teams to comprehensively evaluate technological achievements, analyze market opportunities and challenges, and define the business trajectory going forward. The agenda was dedicated to defining future technology roadmaps, market strategies, and the Company’s capabilities to navigate the evolving market landscape.


 


In his opening address, Mr. Raymond Lin, CEO of CLPS, set a clear directive tone. These included Know-Your-System, VB/MS Access to Java migration projects, RPA implementations, and functional upgrades and market feedback on the CAKU credit card system. Project leaders outlined clear market promotion paths based on actual client needs, and thinking beyond existing frameworks, identified a portfolio of untapped, highly potential business scenariosigniting new growth engines for the Company's customized IT solutions.

The afternoon session focused on the specific deployment and action plans for the Company's strategic development. Ms. Rita Yang, CFO of CLPS, initiated the discussions by systematically reviewing CLPS’s fiscal year 2025 overall performance with detailed financial data. She then formally announced clear and measurable targets for each business line in fiscal 2026. These trackable performance indicators will provide precise guidance for resource allocation, ensuring strengths are concentrated on markets and clients with the highest growth potential.

During a strategic discussion on overseas markets, Mr. Andy Kuang, Head of Southeast Asia, shared development insights from the Company's fastest-growing global market. He detailed the region's dual strategy of precision focus and proactive breakthrough, elaborating on specific paths to achieve sustained growth through key sector selection, localized operations, and business development tactics.

 

To support the rapid advancement of IT consulting services, the seminar featured a dedicated review of the Business Operations delivery quality report. The session summarized improvements in the existing talent acquisition’s delivery capabilities and identified targeted enhancement plans. By establishing a more precise capability development system and resource allocation mechanism, the Company will ensure its technical delivery capabilities remains highly synchronized with market expansion efforts, thereby fully aligning team expertise with strategic goals.
