CLPS Incorporation (the "Company" or "CLPS") recently held its second half 2025 Account Manager Conference in Shanghai. The event brought together the Company’s key account managers and senior leadership for a series of strategic sessions, including keynote speeches, case studies, and rounds of collaborative discussions. It centered on empowering account managers to transform their roles and amplify their value in an era of globalization and digitalization, ultimately driving superior performance for both CLPS and its clients.

Driving Value Creation: Elevating the Account Manager Role
The conference opened with forward-looking and strategic addresses from CLPS CEO, Mr. Raymond Lin, and President, Mr. Henry Li. Mr. Allen Han, CEO of Mainland China division, then delivered a keynote speech titled, "From Daily Operations to Excellence: The Path of Value Creation for Account Managers," which set the strategic tone for the conference.
Mr. Han emphasized that account managers must evolve beyond daily task management to become strategic linchpins, connecting client needs with CLPS's core capabilities. He outlined the critical shift from being business executors to becoming a proactive value partners who identify and lead opportunities for growth.

Following a networking break, the Business Operations leadership led a discussion on global client management. Ms. Elfa Liu, Head of Global Management and Services, and Ms. Shi Mi, Head of Mainland China division, centered their presentations on the topics of "Global Client Management" and "Management Requirements and Capability Enhancement from a Multidimensional Perspective," respectively. They detailed the composite capabilities required for global account managers across various dimensions such as market insight, client strategy, technology, and internal collaboration, while also pointing out clear paths for professional improvement.
Subsequently, Ms. Vivian Tong, Senior Vice President, presented a client case study on supporting a renowned global e-commerce platform’s cross-border expansion. Her presentation vividly demonstrated CLPS's solutions and successful practices in supporting global clients for navigating complex international markets, providing attendees valuable insights and reference point.

Deepening Internal Collaboration, Stimulating Innovation Momentum
The second day focused on internal empowerment and driving innovation. Participants gained a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's new strategic trajectory, technology R&D layout, and cutting-edge solutions. This was achieved through two critical sessions: "Introduction to CLPS" led by Mr. Tarzan The, Senior Vice President, and "Introduction to CLPS's Innovation Capabilities," by Mr. Sky Sun, Chief Marketing Officer of CLPS. These sessions were designed to deepen the account managers' awareness of the Company's full capabilities, ensuring they can confidently and accurately convey CLPS's unique value proposition to global clients.

Specially arranged open forums served as a dynamic hub for idea exchange and experience sharing. Facilitated by moderators, account managers engaged in dynamic and practical discussions around three core topics:
Profitability and Business Expansion: Exploring how to maintain project profit margins while identifying and cultivating new business growth opportunities.
Streamlining Internal Communication, Processes, and Cross-Regional Collaboration: Addressing challenges in existing collaboration processes and discussing optimization plans to enhance cross-departmental and cross-regional cooperation efficiency.
Deepening Client Relationships, Communication, Employee and Project Management: Sharing best practices for strengthening client relationships, improving communication effectiveness, and managing projects and teams effectively.
The successful Account Manager Conference not only provided a valuable venue for learning and exchange for CLPS's key account managers but also represents an important initiative by the Company to strengthen its client-centric strategy and enhance the effectiveness of its frontline teams.
