Ming Hui Lin (Raymond)
Mr. Raymond Ming Hui Lin is the chief executive officer and director of the Company. Mr. Lin joined CLPS in February 2009 as chief executive officer. From January 2008 to January 2009, Mr. Lin was business consultant of VanceInfo. Prior to VanceInfo acquired A-IT Software (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., Mr. Lin acted as general manager of A-IT Software (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. from April 2002 to December 2007.
Mr. Lin is an IT outsourcing service veteran with a deep understanding of IT talent acquisition, training, development and service delivery. He has developed and pioneered the first kind of training programs for mainframe and VisionPLUS (a credit card processing solution) in China, which has made CLPS as one of the largest mainframe resource powerhouses and the VisionPLUS project team in Greater China. In 2015, Mr. Lin became the MSE senior advisor in Fudan University, Shanghai, China.
Rui Yang (Rita)
Ms. Yang has over 10 years of financial experiences in the financial and IT industry. Ms. Yang joined the Company in August 2015 as Vice President for finance controller. From December 2014 to August 2015, Ms. Yang served as financial analyst supervisor at Shanghai Origin International Logistics Co., Ltd. From February 2010 to July 2014, Ms. Yang served as senior financial analyst at Pactera Technology International Ltd.
Ms. Yang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University and a Master's Degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Ms. Yang holds the PRC Certified Public Accountant certificate.
Li Li (Henry)
Mr. Henry Li was appointed as the President in July 2024. Mr. Li has 20 years of professional experience in the financial and IT industries. He previously served as Vice President of Technology and Operations in Mastercard and Executive Manager, Head of Business Solution and Quality Assurance at Commonwealth Bank of Australia in China.
Mr. Li graduated from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He holds an MSE degree from Fudan University, Shanghai, China.
Jiashen Han (Allen)
Mr. Allen Han has 19 years of professional experience in finance and IT industries. He previously served as a project leader at Citigroup Financial and IBM China. After joining the company in October 2011, he held positions including Director of Key Accounts, General Manager of a Branch, and Senior Vice President of the Group, and was appointed CEO of China in August 2025.
He graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Dalian University of Economics and Management.
Hao Kuang (Andy)
Mr. Andy Kuang, has over two decades of experience in legal industry and holds master's degrees from Fudan University and Singapore Management University. In Nov 2022, he joined CLPS as Legal Affairs Director, built a solid foundation for company's compliance governance and risk management. Due to his outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions, he was later appointed as Regional General Manager in SEA.
With his strategic insights accumulated in the legal field, he effectively driving the expansion of regional markets and help CLPS to achieve a sustained growth in SEA market.
