CLPS Named “Best Employer for 2017”
For all the graduates of 2017, it will now be the time to finally leave their respective colleges and start a career path. Sanda University graduates have been hired by various enterprises and among all of them, the university named CLPS as its “Best Employer for 2017”.
CLPS and Sanda University started their strategic partnership on academe-enterprise cooperation since 2010. Starting with simple student employment, it evolved into internship training, introduction of financial IT courses and building customized skills classes, culminating into the establishment of “Sanda University – School of CLPS”. Both entities continue to carry out well-rounded, multi-level and multi-channel production and research cooperation to train high-quality financial IT talents that would fit the needs of various enterprises. For CLPS, receiving the “Best Employer” award is one of the results of this cooperation.
During this 10-year cooperation with local colleges, CLPS took the initiative to provide pre-job training for Mainframe technology in the financial area, effectively transferring the training methodology to the colleges in the process. The customized training of financial IT talents that CLPS has provided is reflected in its courseware design and screening of talents, where all the actual needs of the job are carefully considered, combining business and technology as well as English communication and soft skills. This makes the talents that underwent CLPS’s development program fully equipped with the comprehensive skills that enterprises need. The efficiency and effectiveness that these talents have shown at work, in turn received very favorable feedback from clients and colleges.
All these years, CLPS has been focused on the financial IT area especially on exploring and developing talents with high potential while at the same time helping colleges increase employment chances for its graduates and cultivating more professional talents in the area of financial IT research and development.
CLPS will always hinge on “respect for talent” as its key driving force in implementing sustainable education system. It will not waver in assisting colleges to cultivate and train talents to support the development and innovation in the financial IT industry.
