We select top students from global universities, tailor career paths, and provide intensive training (2-3 months) in IT, industry knowledge, soft skills, and languages. TDP

The Talent Development Program (TDP) is an elite employee development initiative that CLPS has been committed to since its inception The TDP program tailors career development to employee needs and company goals. It offers diverse, high-quality training (over 50 courses) in IT skills, soft skills, cutting-edge industry knowledge, and foreign languages, helping every employee grow their skills. This ongoing program reflects CLPS's commitment to talent development, with over 350 training hours and 4,000+ part.
