The Talent Creation Program (TCP) cultivates elite talent for CLPS. We select top students from global universities, tailor career paths, and provide intensive training (2-3 months) in IT, industry knowledge, soft skills, and languages. TDP

The Talent Development Program (TDP) is an elite employee development initiative that CLPS has been committed to since its inception The TDP program tailors career development to employee needs and company goals. It offers diverse, high-quality training (over 50 courses) in IT skills, soft skills, cutting-edge industry knowledge, and foreign languages, helping every employee grow their skills. This ongoing program reflects CLPS's commitment to talent development, with over 350 training hours and 4,000+ part.

Launched in 2005, our internship program (part of TCP) trains over 100 students yearly in in-demand skills like Java, Mainframe, .Net, mobile development, DevOps, big data, and QA. Over 1,500 students have benefited from the program, joining our software development teams and helping the bank save millions annually.

Internship and Training Program for a Well-known Bank

Launched in 2017, this internship program (part of TCP) trains over 30 students yearly in critical IT skills like Mainframe, Java, testing, and data analysis. 150 graduates have joined our teams, saving the bank over 700,000 yuan annually.
