CLPS Incorporation (the “Company” or “CLPS”) (Nasdaq: CLPS), today announced its unaudited financial results for the six months ended December 31, 2023, or the first half of the Company’s fiscal year 2024.

This strategic move enables CLPS to broaden its credit card business within the Hong Kong market.

It is payable on December 13, 2023 to shareholders of record as of December 4, 2023. The aggregate amount of the payment to be made in connection with this special cash dividend will be approximately $2.56 million.
